its decent.. you can get a nicely trained 45 - 50 mill sp that flys caps for 14 - 17b yours needs a month + to fly caps which brings down the value from 19 - 21b to about 15 - 18b sp is not enough to get an nice price tag nowadays as 75 - 105 ...
